The Second Annual Supreme Court Review


The 2010-2011 Term: Impact on the Latino Community and Practitioners

This event will be held on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, 6:30-8:30 pm, followed by a reception, at Linklaters LLP, 19th floor, 1345 Avenue of the Americas. Panelists will discuss select cases from the 2010-2011 US Supreme Court Term on bankruptcy, campaign finance, civil rights, class actions, criminal law/criminal procedure, federal preemption, immigrants rights and intellectual property.

TWO CLE CREDITS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.
